Our academy is primarily, but not exclusively focussed towards Coaching and Mentoring. We see Coaching and Mentoring as a critical element in people development, helping both individuals and organisations thrive.  As an accredited ILM provider it is within the Per4ormance Academy that we train nurture and develop Coaches and Mentors. We offer ILM Coaching and Mentoring Courses from Level 3 to Level 7 and our very own Coaching Supervision and Human Performance Practitioner courses, also endorsed and approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Additionally we also offer bespoke and accredited Leadership and Management programmes so get in touch to learn more.

We run both open courses and commissioned in-house training programmes.

Practical Application

With all of our coaching and mentoring training programmes we pride ourselves on translating the learning from the class room setting in a highly practical way for delegates and linked to the workplace context. Our programmes use a range of learning activities for all styles, which are highly interactive, allowing delegates to practice skills, tools and techniques in a safe environment so to develop confidence and competence.

We also ensure compliance with industry and good practice standards; such as EMCC competency framework, supervision and CPD recommendations and integrate these within all of our programmes.

Description:

These 4 day programmes are for those at all levels who want to develop their coaching and mentoring knowledge, skills and understanding in order to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching and mentoring. The qualification is ideal for both new and existing coaches and mentors. The written requirements require 12 hours of coaching or mentoring to be undertaken and documented

Description:

These 5 day programmes are for heads of department, leaders and managers and those with significant responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context. They are also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor. The written requirements require 18 hours of coaching and mentoring to be undertaken.

Description:

These 6 day programmes are designed to help senior leaders, managers or HR/OD professionals develop expertise and credibility in the fields of coaching and mentoring. These qualifications are also appropriate for professional coaches and mentors who wish to enhance and accredit their experience with a nationally recognised qualification. The written requirements require 20 hours of coaching and mentoring at a senior level to be undertaken and documented.

About CPD

Pro-Noctis intends, where needed, to line up with requirements for continuous development so we accredit our courses for CPD points. We are a CPD-approved body and drive a programme of accreditation. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is commonly defined as: “Intentionally developing the knowledge, skills and personal knowledge needed to perform professional responsibilities.” Professional institutes, CPD schemes and their requirements vary on a spectrum of mandatory to obligatory to voluntary. Typically, if the Institute is operating within an industry where a regulator is present, the regulator will expect the Institutes within that industry to enforce mandatory CPD requirements to their individual members.

Regulated industries include healthcare, social work, accountancy, legal and financial services, hence in a regulated industry individual professionals who do not keep up to date with their CPD can lose their license to practice.
