Highly interactive 3-day ILM Coaching Supervision Training programme including; pre-course work, EMCC self assessment against supervision competences, coach supervision practice on a 1:1 basis and facilitating a peer group during the 3 days. Reflective practice assessment between days.
This programme enables individuals to develop their understanding, enhance knowledge, skills and practice relating to Coach/Mentor supervision and to practice models and tools to be confident and competent in undertaking 1:1 and group supervision sessions.
The programme is approved and certificated by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Delegates will have 12 months student membership with the Institute on registration.
- Maintain a reflective coaching/mentor supervision diary and logs between and following the tutor days – 2 x 1:1 supervision reflective logs and 1 x peer supervision group
- Self-assessment against EMCC supervision competences
- Tutor observation and feedback
The Venue for this programme will be in the area you selected for the face to face training days.
The programme includes; Institute registration fees, certification and assessment and attendance on a day delegate basis.
