 | Who is the ILM Level 3 Course for?
The ILM Level 3 Course in Coaching and Mentoring is aimed at leaders & managers at all levels who want to develop their leadership and management skills coaching and mentoring knowledge, skills and understanding in order to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching and mentoring, enable productive and effective workplace conversations, encourage the growth and development of others and gain a recognised accredited qualification. Highly interactive programme including; pre-course work, EMCC self-assessment at Foundation level, interactive sessions combined with coaching practice during 4 days learning along with peer group coach supervision. Ongoing tutor support from training provider Pro-Noctis to enable delegates to achieve the written goals and requirements for this qualification. The ILM Coaching and Supervision training programme will equip experienced coaches and mentors who are undertaking and facilitating supervision with the knowledge and skills required to practice as a competent and confident supervisor.
This is ideal for those leading/managing an internal Coaching and/or Mentoring offer within an organization in establishing a system of peer supervision. |
