Jane’s career background is broad and varied including posts in private, public and third sectors. As a specialist ‘Work Psychologist’, Jane has been coaching and developing leaders for nearly 20 years and has worked with clients such as BAE, Boehringer Ingelheim, NHS, DWP, OFGEM, Zurich, ICAP, CAPITA, HGF, countless SMEs and start ups. She has founded 3 successful consultancies – including Best Hopes Coaching and Consulting – and partnered with multiple entrepreneurs to set up and deliver business solutions with a psychological twist; packaging the science of human behaviour into actionable interventions. Utilising her business and scientific acumen, Jane is well-placed to foster behaviour change through coaching.
Working with Pro-Noctis, Jane has created the Exducis Code – an immersive leadership retreat for executives who need support with elite performance and to better equip themselves for the challenges of leadership. Specialising in developing emotional intelligence, Jane helps leaders and coaches understand more about the neuroscience of communication and the impact of language and presence.
