Through the ‘Rising Star’ Leadership Development Programme, participants will receive high-quality leadership training that aligns with Community Health Partnership’s vision, strategic objectives, values, and behaviours.
The programme will feature group workshops – held in Manchester, Birmingham, and London to accommodate CHP’s nationwide presence – 1:1 coaching online, and creative reflection sessions to provide immersive learning experiences that will enhance their leadership abilities and confidence.
All participants will receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout the 6-month process, including personalised coaching sessions with Pro-Noctis coaching experts focused on individual growth and development. Additionally, each delegate will be supported by a senior sponsor from CHP throughout their journey.
Phil Kelly, Managing Director of Pro-Noctis says: “We partnered with CHP in 2022 to develop a comprehensive People Strategy and to facilitate the development of their values. Since then, CHP has committed to cultivating a culture of excellence. The ‘Rising Star’ programme is part of that commitment, and we are thrilled to be working with them to support the next generation of leaders.
“The programme not only supports current participants but also influences CHP’s future leadership prospects. By investing in their leaders today and working with us, CHP is building a stronger, more resilient organisation for tomorrow.”
Upon completion of the programme, participants will have achieved several key outcomes, enabling them to lead within the organisation confidently, competently, and innovatively. This includes improved self-awareness, expert leadership skills, strategic and commercial acumen, and enhanced project delivery abilities.

‘Rising Star’ also encourages participants to embrace continuous growth by helping them identify areas for further development beyond the course. This focus on sustained improvement ensures that the benefits of the programme extend far into their leadership journey.
“The ‘Rising Star’ programme is not just about learning new skills; it is about transforming leaders into catalysts for improvement within their organisation,” added Phil. “By fostering self-awareness, cementing their leadership capabilities, and building strategic know-how, the programme prepares participants to lead with confidence and make a lasting impact.”
