Professor Greg Whyte OBE joins the team as a leading Performance Specialist consultant. 

A former Olympian, European, and World Championship Medallist. Greg is an internationally respected expert in the field of Sport and Exercise Performance in the UK, and was awarded an OBE for his services to Sport, Sport Science & charity work in 2014. 

Well-known for his involvement in Sport & Comic Relief, Greg often know as Super Greghas helped raise more than £50million for charity, successfully coaching, training and motivating a raft of celebrities to triumph in completing some of the toughest challenges known to man; including Davina McCall’s ‘Beyond breaking point506-mile ultra-triathlon, David Walliams Big Swimof the English Channel, and fellow Olympian James Cracknells unique triathlon to Africa. 

Gregs substantial experience in optimising human performance, lifting ordinary people to extraordinary feats of endurance, is a skill set that sits well with Pro-Noctis. Regardless of whether a client is an elite athlete or a corporate organisation, Greg Whyte shares a vision with Pro-Noctis of unbounded human performance.

Greg is the pre-eminent authority on exercise physiology and sports and exercise performance in the UK, he is an advocate for human performance, a world-renowned sports scientist and a global thought leader in physical activity. Regularly presenting on stages across the world, discussing fitness, wellbeing and human performance, Gregs wealth of professional experience will support Pro-Noctis in their mission to positively influence as many people as possible.

A recipient of many accolades, Greg received the UK Active Personality of the Year Award in 2019 and had since been appointed a member of the UK Active Board of Directors. A position he holds alongside his role at Liverpool John Moores University as Professor of Applied Sport and at the centre for Health and Human Performance, Harley Street, as Director of Performance.

An expert in his field, Greg advocates that the leisure and fitness sector be viewed as an essential service in the COVID19 pandemic due to the industrys undisputed status as a leading rehabilitation provider, and essential to the future health of the nation.
