Rob served in the RAF for 22 years as a Battlespace Manager and Fighter Controller. Along with numerous operational assignments in the UK and overseas within NATO, Rob spent significant time as a Trainer, Coach and Mentor. He also had the privilege of being the Career Manager for over 500 personnel.
As a senior leader in the military, Rob is well-versed in looking after people. In operations during conflict, he prioritised, coached and mentored others to facilitate performance and maximise potential – often in highly intense environments! It was during this time that Rob realised that he was truly a coach, and that he loved helping others progress and achieve their goals.
With significant experience of working within and leading teams across the globe, Rob is passionate about facilitating growth in others through coaching, training and speaking engagements.
