An independent experienced coach, mentor, NLP practitioner and ILM tutor, Sally has spent the last 10 years, as a Director of Coaching Innovations Ltd, delivering high quality bespoke and ILM accredited Leadership and Coaching and Mentoring programmes, running one of the largest ILM coaching and mentoring centres in the country. Working with a range of clients, using coaching, NLP and solution focused techniques in a creative way in the area of organisational development, to accelerate change, heighten productivity in successful teams, resolve conflict and maximise the potential of individuals through self-awareness, motivation and coaching.
Prior to this Sally worked in the NHS for 18 years, in a variety of organisations within the Human Resource and Organisational Development field, with 8 years at Board level. Sally has an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching (UCE), is a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), has a MA in Human Resource Management and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Utilising her extensive experience, Sally’s approach is to involve, facilitate and motivate individuals, teams and organisations to be successful through using a number of practical tools and techniques, to challenge, accelerate learning and create a strong value base.
