Head of Human Performance at Pro-Noctis
Nathan has an extensive Military background with 25 years of leadership, operational and high-performance experience gained from the RAF. Often found operating in consequential environments he focussed on people development, creating learning opportunities to develop both teams and individuals. As you would expect, the experience was also gained from operating effectively in fast-paced and operationally focussed headquarters. With a desire to learn he undertook a BA (Hons) degree in Outdoor Leadership and subsequently followed up with a PG Dip (UK Coaching Certificate Level 4) in Elite Performance. Since leaving the RAF in 2017 Nathan has worked for Pro-Noctis leading the delivery of Human Performance training courses (inc. the award-winning Human Performance Practitioners Course) as one of our consultants as well as operating in a sporting environment: Performance Coach Developer with both British Canoeing and British Sailing and Leadership Consultant with UK Sport. He has also completed his ILM Level 7 in effective Coaching and Mentoring and more recently the NLP Train the Trainer course.
